False Assumptions:
In today's world everyone is judgmental. It creates false assumptions among music, religion, race, etc.
What I have been hearing more and more lately is of music being a way that the Devil communicates with us, which I believe is wrong. If that were true we wouldn't have Christian bands, or any form of religious song including the hymnals we use during worship service in the church of God. You cannot say that a singer is Satanist because of their style, or genre of music they enjoy.
False assumptions of people are just wrong. Because she is wearing short shorts and a tank top doesn't make her a slut. Because he has his pants down low, doesn't make him a gangster. Because they wear dark clothing, and heavy make-up doesn't make them goth or emo. Because he wears sports jerseys and plays football doesn't make him a prep or jock. Just because she makes straight A's and wears glasses doesn't make her a nerd. Many people just enjoy the style or sport. Some people actually want to get somewhere in life so they try to focus on their education. You assume something about people before you really know them, which leads to my next topic.
Judgment:
I know that at one point we all have judged someone on their outer appearance. Well, let me tell you, doing that is wrong. Everywhere you go, someone will judge you. Those people who judge, if you are a Christian, you are going against your religion. Just letting you know.
But judgment is what hurts people, mentally. It messed with your mind and you wonder if those who judge you know you better then yourself. Many people say a "slut" or a "whore" is someone who wears short shorts, tank tops, and shows off their body. In fact, a "whore" is someone who goes around having sexual intercourse or getting sexual pleasure from different people while with someone or with no one and doing it with different people.
Many people say "emo" is someone who has black hair, listens to dark music, cuts them self, and is sad and attention seeking. Emo, is a genre of music. People have made into a style. Not all people who are "emo" cut themselves. That's just wrong to assume that.
Judgment is a hard thing to change. It's common for humans to judge but really watch what you say because it hurts. Which leads to my next topic
Bullying:
Many people bully others because they have their own pain or backside they are judgmental as I described up above. Just stop with it. Really, you're stupid for bullying someone because it causes people to have dark thoughts, which then make people bully them more. Whatcha what you say, because words can easily put someone in a grave. I don't want to go on a rant about this, because I have had personal experience and I would say alot but I don't want to harm your eyes with y vulgar language that would be involved.
Lying:
People lie to get what they want in life, which I honestly think is stupid. Being honest may not get you alot of friends, but it will get you the friends you need. That's a lesson I have learned in life, honesty is a virtue.
Also, sorry for going back into religion, but if you are a Christian, I know that it's against Gods word to lie. So if you're not going to stop lying for someone else, do it for your Heavenly Father.
Unappreciative:
People don't appreciate what they are given everyday. Yes, I know life is hard, they never said it would be easy they just said it would be worth it. You are given a glimpse of Heaven in everyday. Your family, your friends, and of not that, another day of beautiful life. Life is beautiful, think about it. It's hard sometimes, and alot of people have problems in the world but really just think about it. Think about how you were given your life because God knew you were strong enough to live it.
And for those who are different religion think about how beautiful it really is. Think about how lucky you are to be alive. Appreciate more, trust me. That is a step to happiness.How can you change it?
Judge less. Accept more. Think before you speak. Think about what if you were in that position. Get your facts right, and If you still what to say that someone is something voice it out as "I believe so and so is whatever and this is why." Stop lying, honesty is a virtue!
